All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Confirmation

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lux Treatment is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lux Treatment is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays may be outside our direct control.
