At Lux Treatment, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, instructions, and included items
  • Not damaged, altered, or used

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for personal care or beauty products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original sealed condition.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product, if the item is damaged or defective

Do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened personal care products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective
  • Orders returned without prior approval

7. Order Cancellations

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it must be handled as a return according to this policy.

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Lux Treatment is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Exchanges
